It's normal that one have curiosity to do things which were told not to do. 

Since you have clicked on this we will do one activity which can check your immunity levels. By the end of this activity you will come to know your immunity level which is differentiated into Ok < Good > Excellent. 

CAUTION : Perform under adult supervision.

How long can you hold your breath.

Follow my instructions. 

  • Sit upright. Set your stop watch to 0.
  • Take a deep breath at least 2-3 seconds.
  • Now start your stop watch
  • Try and hold your breath also mouth should be closed and don't over do if you can't
  • When you reach some saturation point you can release and stop the watch 
Now time to differentiate according to time.

If the range is between 0 to 30 seconds -  Really poor and  need to do regular cardio
If the range is between 30 to 60 seconds - Good but still daily cardio is must
If the range is above 70 seconds - Excellent and continue cardio

Don't let yourself down. 30 mins of cardio will build a healthy body.
